Lubricants for construction and mobile plant
Rock Oil’s construction and plant range brings together engine, hydraulic and off-highway transmission lubricants for equipment such as excavators, loaders, dumpers and associated machinery.
- TRUCK-GUARD® engine oils: options include ELITE LS 5W-30, PLUS LS 10W-40, LS 10W-30 and LS 15W-40, alongside mixed-fleet 15W-40. Match the product to the engine and its after-treatment requirements.
- Hydraulic systems: ULTRA-HYD HLP mineral hydraulic oils and HVI high-viscosity-index fluids cover different system and temperature requirements. AGRI-GUARD BLUE HVI 46 provides a further option.
- Off-highway transmissions: AGRI-GUARD TO-4 oils in SAE 10W, 30 and 50 serve equipment requiring the relevant TO-4 specification. UTTO 10W-30 and synthetic UTTO SYN WB 102 address transmission and hydraulic systems with integrated wet brakes, clutches and differentials. TRANS 80W-140 covers further specified off-highway applications.

ULTRA-HYD specialist hydraulics
The wider ULTRA-HYD range includes HVI LL for changing temperatures and long-life requirements, HLPD detergent fluids, zinc-free options and synthetic formulations. Biodegradable and fire-resistant products address further application needs.
Support excavators, loaders and other hydraulic plant through changing site temperatures, with specialist options where environmental or fire-resistance requirements apply.
INDUS-GEAR industrial gear oils
For relevant industrial gear systems, INDUS-GEAR includes M CLP mineral gear fluids, S PAG polyalkylene-glycol synthetic fluids and S PAO CLP heavy-duty PAO synthetic gear fluids, supplied in a range of ISO viscosity grades.
Cover heavily loaded gear drives with mineral and synthetic technologies suited to the gearbox design and operating conditions.
KOOL-GUARD coolants
KOOL-GUARD offers IAT, OAT, NOAT and HOAT technologies, with concentrates and ready-to-use products for suitable equipment. Select the coolant required by the engine and cooling system.
The specified coolant technology and dilution support temperature control and cooling-system protection; colour alone does not establish compatibility.
Automatic and specialist transmissions
The wider transmission range includes ATF and MTF products, plus CVT and DCT fluids for equipment using those transmission designs. Specialist products also address selected hydraulic and driveline systems.
Bring transmission servicing into the wider plant maintenance programme. Off-highway TO-4, UTTO and automotive transmission fluids serve different requirements.
Greases and maintenance products
Maintain bearings, pins, bushes and joints with grease selected for the component, load, temperature and exposure to water or contamination. Pair the lubricant ranges with aerosols for cleaning, assembly and routine servicing.
Options include BRAKE KLEEN, COPPER ANTI-SEIZE, WHITE SPRAY GREASE and OPEN GEAR CHAIN & WIRE for the relevant maintenance tasks, whether in the workshop or during mobile servicing.

Construction fleets can mix manufacturers, engine generations and hydraulic technologies. Check each machine’s specifications, after-treatment requirements and authorised service intervals. Product approvals and recommendations apply to individual formulations.
