If you have received an email (e.g. a payment request or sales enquiry) from a supposed representative of Rock Oil. It's important to ensure that the enquiry is valid. Please do not hesitate to email sales@rockoil.co.uk with details of any enquiries you receive so we can authenticate them.

You can also use the following guidelines:

- We always send emails using a @rockoil.co.uk email address.
- We never place orders for materials or equipment via another country or distributor. Any order enquiries would come directly from our main office in Warrington UK.
- We would not request delivery of order items to a country outside of the UK.
- We do conduct sales outside of the UK via a distributor network. But only sales (and not orders inward) in the countries listed here on our website.
