The last 2 years have seen various global crises impact on all aspects of manufacturing across all industries. The current supply situation and raw material cost pressures have meant careful planning and procurement by the management team to ensure we can maintain both continuity of supply and importantly – high service levels.
We are delighted to be helping hundreds of businesses both in the UK and across the globe. Our Operations team have overseen a 91% OTIF (On Time In Full) figure throughout these turbulent times since the start of 2022 with July being nearly 96%. Rock manufactures over 2500 products in a variety of pack sizes and aims to deliver the majority within 5 working days from order.
We are currently implementing new processes to offer further improvement during the next 12 months and will continue to offer the same high service levels to our current customer base and we welcome enquiries from all industries.
