Method of application
Manufactured and supplied ready for use. In order to maintain its optimum performance this product should be applied with an even coating using a spray, fine haired brush, swab or roller. However in order to achieve its maximum benefit, product should be applied by a very fine fog spray in order to allow its highly effective and efficient performance to be maintained.
As a low viscosity fluid, after application the solvent will evaporate off, leaving a protective, oily film on the mould surface.
Description
A high-performance product specifically developed to enhance the release of moulds used in the manufacture of clay and concrete tiles quickly and efficiently. PRO-RELEASE RT 10 incorporates low aromatic, hydrocarbon fraction, fortified with specially selected synthetic fatty esters and naturally occurring fatty compounds to facilitate the stripping of moulds. The result is significantly reduced blow holes and an excellent surface finish.

Depending on the product range, Rock Oil products are available in various sizes, including aerosols (where applicable), 12x1L packs, 4x4L packs, 4x5L packs, 20L containers, barrels, 1000L IBC's, and bulk deliveries from 500L to 30,000L.
