Method of application

Manufactured and supplied ready for use. In order to maintain its optimum performance this product should be applied with an even coating using a spray, fine haired brush, swab or roller. However in order to achieve its maximum benefit, product should be applied by a very fine fog spray in order to allow its highly effective and efficient performance to be maintained. For new unsealed timber form work a pre-treatment is recommended, with a second coating being applied just prior to use.

PRO-RELEASE CM 22 is a high-performance solvent-free product specifically developed to enhance the release of concrete moulds quickly and efficiently. It incorporates a combination of pale coloured, high quality solvent refined base stocks, fortified with specially selected surface active compounds to facilitate the stripping of moulds. The result is significantly reduced blow holes and an excellent surface finish.

Designed for use with most types of form work including; steel, wood, polyurethane, ABS and fibre-glass.

Size Options

Depending on the range, Rock Oil products are available in multiple sizes, including 400ml aerosols and 1L / 4L / 5L / 20L / 210L / bulk containers.
