Method of application

Manufactured and supplied ready for use. In order to maintain its optimum performance this product should be applied with an even coating using a spray, fine haired brush, swab or roller. However in order to achieve its maximum benefit, product should be applied by a very fine fog spray in order to allow its highly effective and efficient performance to be maintained. For new unsealed timber form work a pre-treatment is recommended, with a second coating being applied just prior to use.

PRO-RELEASE CM 10 is a high-performance product specifically developed to enhance the release of concrete moulds quickly and efficiently. It incorporates a combination of pale coloured, high quality solvent refined base oils, coupled with a low aromatic, low odour, hydrocarbon fraction. Fortified with specially selected synthetic fatty esters and naturally occurring fatty compounds to facilitate the stripping of moulds. The result is significantly reduced blow holes and an excellent surface finish.

Designed for use with most types of form work but is primarily designed for steel and wood.

Size Options

Depending on the product range, Rock Oil products are available in various sizes, including aerosols (where applicable), 12x1L packs, 4x4L packs, 4x5L packs, 20L containers, barrels, 1000L IBC's, and bulk deliveries from 500L to 30,000L.
