Biodegradable vegetable oil based neat cutting oil
METCUT BIO 40 is a low viscosity, chlorine free neat cutting oil and is based on high flash point vegetable oil. METCUT BIO 40 has a robust EP lubricity package that enables it to machine the toughest materials.
METCUT BIO 40 is very light in colour and has excellent cooling properties along with a high dielectric strength. Because of its composition, it is non-staining for ferrous and nonferrous surfaces. It gives good wetting and penetration of cutting surfaces and has a very low misting potential.
