High Flashpoint Synthetic Chlorine Free neat cutting oil
METCUT BIO 10 is a low viscosity, neat cutting oil formulated using Group 3 base oils and esters to give a ‘water white’ fluid of high flash point and excellent machining performance.
The high flash point of METCUT BIO 10 allows the use of a low viscosity oil with low associated oil drag out in a traditional machining environment therefore minimising usage.
METCUT BIO 10 is ideal for use in an automated machining environment, minimising the risk of oil combustion when unsupervised.
METCUT BIO 10 has exceptional oxidation stability and provides a long lasting and clean alternative to conventional mineral oils. Developed to compliment modern machine tools but equally can be used in conventional machines with excellent results.
