Thanks to its advanced ester chemistry, INDUS-SOL GOB SHEAR BIO ES provides exceptional wear protection and lubricity even at extremely high dilution ratios—up to 1400:1—helping to reduce overall operating costs. It works by forming a thin, durable lubricating film that minimizes friction and prevents molten glass from adhering to the blade surface, while the high-water content ensures effective cooling during each shear cycle.
Optimized primarily for direct dosing systems, INDUS-SOL GOB SHEAR BIO ES is also compatible with recirculating applications and performs best in soft to moderately hard water conditions.
