R5 CONCRETE MOULD RELEASE AGENT
A high performance product specifically developed to enhance the release of moulds used in the manufacture of roofing tiles quickly and efficiently. It incorporates a combination of pale coloured, high quality solvent refined base oils, coupled with a low aromatic, low odour, hydrocarbon fraction. Fortified with specially selected synthetic fatty esters and naturally occurring fatty compounds to facilitate the stripping of moulds. The result is significantly reduced blow holes and an excellent surface finish.
Designed for use with most types of form work but is primarily designed for steel and wood.
Highly mobile liquid, which can be used in very fine sprays without clogging jets
Provides a quick, positive release of the formwork, reducing labour costs and possible damage to moulds
Produces no unpleasant odours, even when used in a very fine fog spray
Excellent fluidity at low temperatures allowing economical coverage rates to be obtained
Drastically reduces the incidence of blow-holes, surface blemishes and staining
Prevents rust and corrosion forming on metal moulds, supports and other associated equipment
