Method of application

Manufactured and supplied ready for use. In order to maintain its optimum performance this product should be applied with an even coating using a spray, fine haired brush, swab or roller. However in order to achieve its maximum benefit, product should be applied by a very fine fog spray in order to allow its highly effective and efficient performance to be maintained.

As a low viscosity fluid, after application the solvent will evaporate off, leaving a protective, oily film on the mould surface

Description

(formerly known as 5 OP Mould Oil)

PRO-RELEASE CM 5 is a high-performance mould release agent, specifically formulated to enhance the release of moulds used in the manufactured of concrete. PRO-RELEASE CM 5 is formulated using pale coloured, fully solvent refined base oil, combined with low aromatic, high flash point solvents with specially selected esters and naturally occurring fatty oils. This formula helps to facilitate de-moulding without surface irregularities and staining.

Depending on the product range, Rock Oil products are available in various sizes, including aerosols (where applicable), 12x1L packs, 4x4L packs, 4x5L packs, 20L containers, barrels, 1000L IBC's, and bulk deliveries from 500L to 30,000L.
