ROCK OIL NEWS
Our knowledgebase and a move to calcium sulfonate grease
As part of the launch of our new website, we’re pleased to announce our knowledgebase section. It’s in the early stages in terms of content, and we’ll be adding to it going forward with answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and information on accreditation changes and material availability. Covering the Rock Oil product range and the lubricant industry as a whole. Each article will be linked by tags to group them together, to make it easy for visitors to find related articles on a given subject.
Each of the knowledgebase articles will be produced internally by the Rock Oil team, and we’re hoping that by making this information freely available we can answer some of the (more technical) frequently asked questions, the types of decisions we face when producing our products, and provide an insight into the inner workings of the lubricant market.
Our first knowledgebase article explains about the move to calcium sulfonate grease from lithium grease. As the industrial grease market moves quickly to find an alternate source due to changes in global availability. Please get in touch if you have any suggestions on the type of knowledgebase article you’d like to see included on our website.
